China’s zero-COVID policy is certainly one of the strictest public health policies in the world. The approach is relatively aggressive as strict city-wide lockdowns may happen without early notice alongside frequent mass testing. In fact, thousands of Shanghai Disneyland visitors were trapped in the park earlier this month as the authorities decided to abruptly lock down the park. They were only allowed to leave the theme park only if their COVID test showed a negative result....

Officially, there is no Mi 9T Pro within Xiaomi’s catalogue for the time being. However, traces of the devices have been spotted numerous times for the past few months and given the fact that the Mi 9T is essentially a rebranded Redmi K20, many expecting Xiaomi to release Redmi K20 Pro as Mi 9T Pro too. While I understand why the film can be a little problematic, I also think there’s enough nuance and depth in the screenplay that shows us that the character isn’t someone cool or to be idolized....

Naturally, Kingdom Hearts: Melody of Memory features longtime series main character Sora. He will of course be joined by other Disney characters over the course of the game, depending on the level. Being a rhythm game, the game will feature over 140 songs from Disney and the Kingdom Hearts series. From the trailer, it plays pretty much like your ordinary rhythm game. The enemies look like they are lined up in a way the key presses are in other rhythm games, so they serve as a fancy key press indicator....

The supposed removal of the LHR limiter was first posted on Reddit by user Timbers007, who says they made the discovery when they set their RTX 3080 Ti to start mining. Usually, the limiter would kick in whenever an RTX card was detected to be mining traditional algorithms like Etchash and Autolykos. That wasn’t the case anymore, after Timbers007 updated the card’s drivers to the most recent one. In the report, Blass states that the device is codenamed Maven, and describes it as “a flagship-class device with top-of-the-line specs”. The report claims a number of things relating to the upcoming LEGO Atari 2600 set. One is that the set will come in 2532 pieces, which is pretty close to the 2646 of the LEGO NES. It will also come with cartridges for three games, Asteroids, Adventure and Centipede. These can reportedly be converted into small vignettes of said games. A section of the roof of the console can also be removed to reveal a poster of sorts involving the console itself....

In the ad, the real estate company said that the 55-storey building which was officially opened in 2003 is being sold via expression of interest. While it did not mention the actual price of the building, we have discovered an old listing on iProperty.com that includes an RM700 million price tag on Menara TM. Some may not know this but Menara TM actually does not belong to the telco even though the building bears its name as the company has actually sold it through an Islamic sale & leaseback arrangement back in 2008....

Payment for the 3D Xpoint facility will be broken up into two parts: Micron says TI will pay US$900 (~RM3.75 billion) in cash via a sales transaction, while the remaining US$600 million (~RM2.5 billion) will come from the sale of select tools and other assets. Micron also said that, while some of the assets will be sold, it will still retain the remainder of the tools and redeploy them to other manufacturing sites or even sell them at a later date....

According to the official newsletter, Microsoft is purchasing all of Zenimax Media’s studios for a handsome sum of US$7.5 billion (~RM31 billion). With its procurement, all Zenimax game franchises – including DOOM, The Elder Scrolls, Wolfenstein, and Dishonored, to name a few – will now be released under Microsoft’s Xbox Game Studios. The acquisition is undoubtedly a major shock to many in the gaming world, and as now, Microsoft’s action has cast a shadow over all titles that will be released by Zenimax’s studios in the future....
