NDTV reports that prior to this new addition, the Galaxy Note20 in India is missing the Mystic Grey option. The addition makes it so that the country gets a third colour option, even if it’s one that we’re not getting.

The country also gets two other colours. One being Jennie Red, a colour variant we got for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus instead, while the other is an unnamed pink variant. Though in this case, the Red and Blue colours look to be telco exclusives. The former is being promoted by KT, and the latter by SK Telecom. Special colours aside, these versions of the Samsung Galaxy Note20 come with the same components. So unless you really like one of those other colours, it shouldn’t be too big a deal. These special colours also only seem to be for the standard Note20, and not the Ultra variant. (Source: NDTV [1], [2])
